AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We offer returns on all merchandise orders in Australia and International within 14 days of delivery. If you are returning a product please email info@lilylily.com.au. If a request is not lodged within 14 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a gift card. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. 

 

  • We accept returns for all full price items for an Online Credit Gift Card 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used items.
  • For any returns, postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
      

Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety, so they will not get damaged under the transfer.

 

GIFT CARD 

Gift cards will be processed via the original payment method within 1 day of your item being received. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.

SALE ITEMS

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and promotional items are not eligible for a refund or return.
